Jen attended Slippery Rock and cheered for the nationally ranked all girl cheerleading team. Prior to cheering in college, Jen cheered for her high school in Somerset, PA as well as Turners Allstars located in Johnstown, PA. At Turners, she earned a UCA national title and earned a full paid bid to the 2006 Cheerleading Worlds. Jen has been with BCE since 2010 and has coached many teams to national titles and D2 Summit bids. 

Chad cheered four years at The Ohio State University and was voted Team Captain by his teammates his final season.  He was a three time member of the OSU nationals team placing as high as 3rd at UCA college nationals.  While attending OSU he started his coaching career and over the years has produced numerous National Championship and has earned multiple bids to Worlds, D1 and D2 Summit.  Many of these teams proceed onto finals and were fortunate enough to place in the top 10 at these events.  In 2010 he starting working as USASF field staff where he credentialed coaches and worked the USASF Regional Meetings and Worlds.  Chad has been coaching All Star cheerleading for over a quarter of a century and in 2020 Buckeye was lucky to welcome him to the Buckeye Cheer Elite family.  The only thing that surpasses his years of coaching experience is his passion to take eager, hard working athletes with a passion to learn to the next level.
